Access is provided only with the client's consent and is used solely to perform the agreed work.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, materials, access, and feedback necessary to perform the work.
Delays by the client in providing materials, approving stages, or granting access may affect project timelines.
5. Work Timelines
Timelines depend on the scope of work, website complexity, number of pages, content readiness, technical condition of the project, and the speed of material approvals.
Estimated timelines may be stated in a commercial proposal or agreed separately before work begins.
6. Payment for Services
The price of services is agreed individually based on the task, scope of work, timelines, and project complexity.
Payment may be made before work begins, in stages, or under another arrangement agreed by the parties.
Additional work that was not included in the original scope may be charged separately after prior approval.
7. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions, approval stages, and limits of changes are determined according to the type of service or a separate agreement.
If the client changes requirements after the structure, design, copy, or technical specification has been approved, this may affect timelines and cost.
8. SEO and Advertising Results
SEO results depend on many factors, including the website's technical condition, competition, content quality, backlink profile, user behavior, domain history, and search engine algorithms.
SEO services are intended to improve the website's technical quality, structure, indexing, content, visibility, and potential to attract organic traffic. However, specific rankings, number of inquiries, or traffic volumes cannot be guaranteed.
Google Ads results depend on budget, competition, landing page quality, campaign settings, demand, and user behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
Materials, design, copy, page structure, code, graphics, and other elements created within a project are transferred to the client in accordance with the agreed terms after payment for the work, unless otherwise provided by agreement.
Materials provided by the client remain the client's property. The client confirms that they have the right to use the materials, images, copy, logos, and other data they provide.
10. Use of Projects in the Portfolio
Completed projects may be used in the portfolio, case study descriptions, or work examples unless otherwise agreed separately with the client.
If a project is confidential or may not be published, the client should notify us before or during the work.
11. Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided within the actual capabilities and agreed scope of work.
The service provider is not responsible for failures of third-party services, hosting, CMS platforms, plugins, payment systems, advertising accounts, search engines, or other platforms that are not under the service provider's direct control.
The service provider is also not responsible for the consequences of changes made independently to the website by the client or third parties after the work has been completed.
12. Confidentiality
Information received from the client during cooperation is used only to perform the agreed work.
Access credentials, technical data, commercial information, and other materials are not shared with third parties without the client's consent, except when necessary to provide the services or when required by law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
Continued use of the website or services after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
